Meaningful inclusion across the whole school community.

Discover pathways to a more inclusive future, for everyone.

For all young people, school should be a place where they are welcome and engaged in learning. We know that’s not always the case.

We’re always heartened to see inclusion efforts but we know that, too often, these efforts fall back into box-ticking habits. It’s also fragmented; staff training doesn’t always align to parent information nights, and often neither of these take real, lived experiences into consideration.

At FutureTech, we believe that a holistic approach to inclusion is essential, bringing parents, peers, and professionals together to build inclusion across the whole school, providing every student with the support they need to learn, connect and grow.

Parents

We believe in the power of community to create safe, welcoming learning spaces, which is why our sessions are open to your school’s whole parent community. Move beyond information and awareness to become equipped, connected and empowered to create a culture that is neuro-affirming and supportive.

Peers

Every student has a powerful role to play in the school experience. We work alongside students to share stories of lived experiences, engage them in empathy-building scenarios and show them what it means to be an effective ally for their neurodivergent peers in the classroom and beyond.

Professionals

FutureTech’s bespoke sessions focus on real-world experiences and equip teaching staff to provide support for every student. Valid towards professional development requirements* (see here), we tailor our workshops around topics your staff team identifies, so that we can give you the information and tools you need to support your students in your classrooms, helping them to belong and become confident learners.

“The workshops created by FutureTech do more than just impart knowledge; they build strong community connections among parents who often feel isolated and unsupported. The lived experience that FutureTech brings to these workshops is what truly sets them apart.”

Why FutureTech?

We are a neurodivergent-led social enterprise working to create a better world for everyone. Through STEAM workshops, peer support programs and engaging our wider community, we create space for neurodivergent minds to shine.

The lived experiences of our neurodiverse team are what shape each of our programs and workshops. We believe that by listening to neurodivergent voices, we can learn how to provide robust support to every mind and create meaningful inclusion that changes lives.
